A second teen has been charged as an adult with first-degree murder for his alleged involvement in the May 2024 shooting deaths of D’Andre Wint and Quincy Johnson in Nolte Local Park in Silver Spring. On the evening of Saturday, Sept. 28, 2024, a single-engine airplane crashed into a wooded area at Wright Brothers National Memorial’s First Flight Airport (FFA) in. Roth Carolina. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the crash of the Cirrus SR-22 airplane. Among those killed in the crash was Montgomery County, MD man Shashwat Ajit Adhikari.
