Maryland’s first Hey Tea will hold its grand opening on Friday, June 20th at 891-F Rockville Pike in Wintergreen Plaza. The Tysons Corner location experienced lines stretching around the corner for the first month or two after it opened with a similar situation expected in Rockville.
Jamie McIntyre, former CNN military affairs and senior Pentagon correspondent, as well as former Washington Examiner senior writer for defense and national security, will speak about how the events on 9/11 and the aftermath ushered in a “post-truth” era in America. Jamie has written extensively on this topic and draws from a life-long career in journalism, including his time at the Pentagon on 9/11.

Governor Wes Moore announced $4 million in grants through the new Road to Careers program, aiming to provide nearly 1,200 Marylanders with skilled job training in transportation and construction as part of a $24 million initiative to expand equitable access to high-paying careers and strengthen the state’s infrastructure workforce.
