Last week, the company celebrated a significant expansion of its manufacturing operations in Clarksburg, Maryland.
Over the past year, TDSI also doubled its manufacturing floor footprint through a $4 million investment, expanding production capacity to support the company’s continued growth.
Today, TDSI employs approximately 675 people in Montgomery County, including roughly 250 manufacturing employees.
As demand for its technologies continues to grow, the company continues to expand and has added more than 225 positions locally over the past three years.

The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued Ice Storm Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories for parts of the Mid-Atlantic for “Widespread Impactful Freezing Rain/Sleet.” The Storm Prediction Center has issued the following key messages for the Mid-Atlantic icing.

Brown, has urged the Senate Judiciary Committee to require Kash Patel, President Trump’s nominee for FBI Director, to answer further questions regarding reports of politically motivated firings at the FBI. The letter raises concerns about the potential dismissal of FBI officials involved in investigating the January 6th Capitol riots and calls for greater transparency before Patel’s confirmation vote.
The Montgomery County Council unanimously passed the Uplifting Victims and Immigrant Safety Act, removing a local restriction that required violent crimes to have occurred within the past 10 years for victims to qualify for U visa certification. A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued from 9pm Wednesday until 10am Thursday for Montgomery County, Howard County, Frederick County, Loudoun County, DC, Prince George’s County, and other surrounding areas. An Ice Storm Warning has been issued further north that includes Washington County.
