Montgomery County Police are asking the public’s assistances in identifying a non-verbal man that walked into a hospital on April 20.  Per MCPD: “Montgomery County Department of Police is asking for assistance in identifying and locating guardians or family members for a male that walked into a Montgomery County hospital Thursday, April 20 at approximately 8:30 p.m. He is approximately 5-feet 8-inches to 5-feet 9-inches tall, with short black hair and all black clothing. He is non-verbal.

Per MCPD: Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 15-year-old from the Colesville area of Silver Spring.

Jennifer Orellana was last seen on Friday, April 14, 2023, at approximately 10:00 a.m., in the 1600 block of Northcrest Drive.  Jennifer Orellana is approximately 5-feet, 2-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. Jennifer has brown eyes and shoulder length hair which is dyed red. Jennifer was last seen wearing a black shirt, a black sweater, checker pants with purple lines and white/purple sneakers. Police and family are concerned for her welfare.

Heyli Salas was last seen on Friday, April 14, 2023, in the 3400 block of Kayson Street in Silver Spring.  Heyli is 5-feet tall, 3-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.  Police and family are concerned for her welfare.

Per MCPD: Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes Division have charged 19-year-old Mateo Paredes-Vincent and 20-year-old Havanna Holland-Miller with an attempted armed carjacking that occurred on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, in the 100 block of Talbott Avenue in Rockville.

Through the investigation, detectives identified Paredes-Vincent of Washington, D.C. and Holland-Miller of Southbridge, MA as the suspects.  On Tuesday, March 28, 2023, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Paredes-Vincent, charging him with attempted armed carjacking related charges. He is currently in jail in Alachua, Florida on an unrelated arrest. He is awaiting extradition to Montgomery County.

On Wednesday, April 12, 2023, a warrant was also obtained for Holland-Miller’s arrest. She has been charged with attempted armed carjacking related charges. On Monday, April 17, 2023, officers from the Southbridge Police Department arrested and transported Holland-Miller to a correctional facility in Southbridge, MA, where she is awaiting extradition to Montgomery County.

While on scene, officers identified Horton as the suspect and located him a short distance from the scene. Officers transported him to the 3rd District station, where Horton was interviewed. Horton was transported to the Central Processing Unit where he is currently being held without bond.

Andre Ricardo White was last seen at an apartment in the12000 block of Columbia Pike on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

Andre is 6-feet tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black ripped jeans.  Police and family are concerned for his welfare.

Per MCPD: The body of an adult male recovered in Lake Churchill on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, has been identified. Officers were called to the area of Afternoon and Summersong Lanes at approximately 8 a.m., for the report of a body in the water. The body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and identified as 30-year-old Ankit Bagai of Germantown.

Bagai was reported missing and last seen on Sunday, April 9, 2023, at approximately 11:30 a.m., in the 12000 block of Panthers Ridge Drive. No foul play is suspected.

The initial investigation has revealed that a white Ford Fusion with minor front end damage was observed in the bus turn-around of the parking lot at Brooke Grove Elementary School. Multiple individuals were observed in and around the vehicle. An unknown Black male suspect, who was observed outside of Ford, discharged a firearm multiple times and then left the scene on foot. No one was injured during the shooting. The vehicle was then seen driving away from the scene.  This remains an active and ongoing investigation.

Detectives are urging anyone with information regarding this shooting or the suspect(s) involved to call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect(s). Offutt was last seen on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at approximately 4 p.m., in the 19600 block of Sparr Spring Road.  Offutt is 4-feet tall and weighs approximately 85 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray Under Armour hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and gray Crocs.  Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
