Olney Beer & Wine, located in the Olney Village Center near Home Goods, is now open.
In addition to packaged beer and wine, OBW will offer beers on tap, wine by the glass, Western Union and Maryland Lottery services, cheese and charcuterie platters, and more.
They offer nearly a dozen different types of pies, including a vegan option.

Back in May of 2019, we let you know that Ninja Sushi was coming to the Colesville Shopping Center. Bethesda Beat recently reported that the restaurant will open by the end of this month.
The sushi restaurant will take over the old Patches Gift Shop location (13452 New Hampshire Ave), a few stores down from Greek Village.

Renovations Begin for site of Olney Crab House
The Olney Crab House has been confirmed to be coming to Hillcrest Center in Olney, and the first signs of the new restaurant have been put up.
This morning, Brew Belly shared some information via facebook post about an incident that occurred last night. According to the post, an unmasked customer was asked to adhere to Maryland’s face covering policy. This customer became aggressive and spat on a staff member who was working there. The owner of Brew Belly shared that the patron was arrested and banned from the business.
Brew Belly has chosen to not allow customers to eat inside, despite being allowed to operate at 50% capacity. As the owner wrote, this choice was made to prioritize employee safety even though they anticipate a decrease in business.
Juicy Seafood will open in Plaza Del Mercado (Silver Spring) on August 3rd.
The restaurant will offer Cajun style seafood boils and other seafood dishes with different kinds of sauce to choose from like Garlic Butter, Lemon Pepper, Cajun, and the Juicy Special.
