Vigil to be Held Today for Melanie Diaz -Woman Killed in Silver Spring Apartment Fire

A vigil will be held today for 25-year-old Melanie Diaz, who was killed in Saturday’s fire at The Arrive apartment building in Silver Spring. Additional details below:
“To honor and celebrate the life of the 25 year old woman, Melanie Diaz, and her two puppies (Samantha and Ella) we invite all residents and neighbors to join us for a vigil outside the bldg tomorrow (2/23/2023) at 5:00pm.

To mourn and learn about Melanie Diaz and celebrate her life since the management has yet recognize her passing. We hope to provide a safe space for our community to come together and grieve and come out of this tragedy stronger.
