Wendy’s has closed its 12114 Darnestown Rd. restaurant in Gaithersburg for renovations.
The chain has recently been renovating many of their local restaurants and has recently shut down the whole store while it goes through these major changes. Previously, the inside was closed, but the kitchen and drive-thru remained open.
A re-opening date is not yet available, but major renovations to other nearby locations have typically taken a couple of months to complete. Often times, Wendy’s will offer giveaways for free food (including free food for a year) upon reopening as it did with its 808 Rockville Pike (Rockville) location last month and recently with 18425 Woodfield Rd (Gaithersburg) and 15807 Frederick Rd (Derwood).locations
