‘Lakefront at Washingtonian’ Building Available to Purchase in Gaithersburg

9841 Washingtonian Boulevard in Gaithersburg, located between YardHouse and the new IKEA location at Rio Lakefront, is now available for sale according to a recent Maryland Newsletters report.

According to the report, the building owner is an affiliate of Edgewater-based Brick Companies, and is currently fielding offers for what includes an “assumable, non-recourse loan at 4.41 percent with 2032 maturity.” A listing price is not currently available.

Per LoopNet, the office building is referred to as ‘Lakefront at Washingtonian’, and is a Class A building with 103,360 SF. It also comes with 250 surface parking spaces and 200 covered parking spaces. The report also states that the building is 95% leased and the listing itself is through klnb.
