The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) has made an announcement stating that there will be increased police presence across the county on Monday, October 7th, noting that it is not for a specific threat.
Neko Nook has officially opened in the space previously occupied by FD Book Cafe at 422 Main St in Gaithersburg’s Kentlands neighborhood. Montgomery Parks’ Jennifer Scully, Regional Operations Manager and waterfowl aficionado has put her stamp of approval on the winner of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s 2024 Federal Duck Art Stamp Contest.
