On September 6th, 2010, 48-year-old Stuart Isaac left his Burtonsville home on a cross country trip to Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, and was never seen or heard from again.

Potomac

In September 2021, we let you know that Gregorio’s Trattoria would be opening its third MoCo location, and fourth overall, at Park Potomac- taking over the space that was previously home to Sugo. Sugo closed its doors permanently last in the summer of 2021. After a few delays, construction has begun at the upcoming restaurant.

Germantown

It was just before the election in 1920 and several men were gathered informally at the Waters General Store in Germantown discussing the pros and cons of the various candidates. When it came up that a local citizen, John Bolton, was refusing to vote, one of the men, Guy Vernon Thompson, volunteered to try to persuade him to do his civic duty.
