The Washington DC area is on the radar for Cosm Inc., the innovative immersive entertainment company, as it seeks a site for its next “Shared Reality” venue. The Washington Business Journal is reporting that Cosm is actively looking for a significant footprint, targeting 40,000 to 80,000 square feet, with a preference for locations near existing major sports venues. While Southeast DC is being eyed, the company remains open to other possibilities within the metropolitan area.

The Takoma Park Police Department has shared that the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration will begin a resurfacing project MD 410 (East–West Highway) between Chicago Avenue and MD 195 (Carroll Avenue) in Takoma Park on Monday, July 14.
