29th Street Capital (29SC) and Willton Investment Management have completed the acquisition of Fenwick Apartments, a 311-unit Class A- multifamily community located in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. Built in 2014 and currently 96.8% occupied, Fenwick Apartments was purchased for $95.1 million, according to BizJournals.
Montgomery Parks is inviting kids ages six and up to hit the trails this spring with Roots to Rocks, described as a “thrilling, free youth mountain biking program that’s all about fun, adventure, and exploring Montgomery Parks trails.”

The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGCPD) Homicide Unit arrested and charged a suspect in connection with the fatal shooting of his friend on Saturday in Beltsville. The suspect is 18-year-old Kimaury Kamara of Mt. Holly Spring, PA. He’s charged with manslaughter in connection with the fatal shooting of 16-year-old Derrick Palmer of Beltsville, who we are told was a student at Kennedy High School in Silver Spring.
