Per MCPD: Montgomery County Department of Police is asking for assistance in identifying and locating guardians or family members of a 2 to 3-year-old female. She was located at approximately 7:45 a.m., in the 2500 block of Glenallan Ave (Wheaton-Glenmont). She has black hair and brown eyes. She is wearing an orange pajama set.
