Per MCDOT: Below are the Montgomery County Department of Transportation’s (MCDOT) and regional partners’ transportation-related schedule changes for the Thanksgiving holiday, Thursday, Nov. 24:
- MCDOT offices and depots – Will be closed.
- Ride On bus service – Will operate on a Sunday schedule. View schedules here.
- Flash rapid bus service – Will operate on a Sunday scheduled (Orange line only).
- Ride On extRa and Flex bus service – Not in service.
- TRiPS Commuter Store at Silver Spring Transit Center – Will be closed.
- TRiPS Mobile Commuter Store – Will be closed.
- Parking at Bethesda, Silver Spring and Wheaton public garages, lots and curbside meters – Free. Parking fees will resume on Friday, Nov. 25.
- Metrorail – Will operate a Sunday Holidayschedule from 7 a.m. until midnight.
- Metrobus – Will operate on a Sunday schedule.
- MetroAccess – Will be closed.
- MTA Local Bus – Operates on a Sunday/Holiday schedule.
- Marc Train – Not in service.
- MTA Commuter Bus – Route 201 (Gaithersburg – BWI Business Dist.) Not in service.
- MTA Transit Stores – Will be closed.
