Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes Division, Homicide Section are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Thursday evening in Fairland.
The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) has provided an update on the investigation of a homicide that occurred Thursday evening in Silver Spring (Fairland area).
UPDATE from MCPD: “The shooting in the 3000 block of Memory Lane is now being investigated as a homicide. Major Crimes is on scene. There is no suspect information available at this time and more information will be released when it becomes available.” Additional information can be found here.
