AH’HAAN by Bangkok Garden, located at 237 Kentlands Blvd in Gaithersburg, is now aiming for a summer 2025 opening. The upcoming restaurant will be taking the space that was previously home to Good Fortune Cafe for nearly thirty years.
Saul Centers, which manages a real estate portfolio including 61 properties such as Kentlands Square in Gaithersburg, has shared plans to develop three new restaurant/retail buildings on the parking area currently located between Giant/At Home and Chipotle/Lowes.
Onekick Martial Arts, a well-respected name in the local martial arts community, is opening its second location at 255 Kentlands Blvd in Gaithersburg. This new site will occupy the space formerly held by Charm City Run, which closed its doors in January after two and a half years of operation.

Last summer, Eddie V’s Prime Seafood sought approval to build a 10,000 SF restaurant at 151 Lakelands Drive, at the corner of Lakelands Drive and Great Seneca Highway in Gaithersburg– what would be Eddie V’s first Maryland location. The proposal was met with mixed emotions, sparking opposition from many Lakelands residents and prompting a petition that garnered over 100 signatures in the days following the news.
Earlier this month we reported that Goodwill has leased the space at 58 Market St. in Gaithersburg’s Kentlands neighborhood. We have received additional information regarding the space, which will be a Goodwill Donation Express.
