Montgomery County will participate in the national “Operation Green Light” initiative leading up to Veterans Day to honor veterans and raise awareness of local and national resources available to those who have served. From Nov. 4–11, the County will light public buildings in green, host community events and ceremonies, and unveil a Ride On bus tribute while encouraging residents and businesses to display green lights in recognition of veterans.
