BT’s Bethesda, a new restaurant and bar owned by Brian “BT” Lacey, will open on Friday, December 13, at 4866 Cordell Ave., in the space formerly occupied by Zuma by Chef Ninja. A 30-year-old Rockville woman, a manager at Silo Falls Restaurant in Brookeville, has been charged with theft and credit card fraud after using a customer’s forgotten credit card, with detectives seeking additional potential victims.
