Le Macaron opened its Gaithersburg location at 7 Grand Corner Ave. at Rio Lakefront back in December 2023. The restaurant held a grand opening celebration on January 23, 2024 and the City of Gaithersburg proclaimed the date “Le Macaron Day.” To celebrate. The store is giving away a free macaron to the first 500 customers on Wednesday, January 23.
Dumpling District will be taking over the space at 19775 Frederick Rd in Germantown’s Fox Chapel Shopping Center that was most recently home to Bonchon.
bartaco has signed on to open its first Maryland location at 11886 Grand Park Ave. in North Bethesda’s Pike & Rose. It will be taking over the space that was previously home to Nada, which had a nearly eight year run that came to an end last September.
Last April we let you know that local restaurant group Moby Dick House of Kabob signed on to open a new restaurant in Potomac’s Cabin John Village. The new location will be adjacent to Colony Grill on the back side of the shopping center and an opening timeframe has been set, according to a report.
Chopt has announced that it will be giving customers an exclusive preview before the store officially opens at 18123 Town Center Dr. in Olney.
