The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is reminding residents that due to a Halloween Block Party on Dallas Avenue in Four Corners, Ride On Route 19 will not serve certain stops on Friday, Oct. 31, from 4:30 to 9 p.m. Passengers should instead use the nearby stops at Dallas Avenue and Lanark Way during the temporary service change.
