Montgomery County Police are looking for two suspects that were involved in a shed burglary on February 1st.
Chief Antonio DeVaul from the Takoma Park Police Department announces the arrest of Anthony Gomes, 26, of Silver Spring, Maryland, for unauthorized use of a stolen vehicle. He was arrested after the OnStar application tracked and disabled the vehicle.

The Takoma Park Police Department is actively investigating two incidents related to a “peeping tom” that was reported on January 26, 2024, at approximately 10:00 pm. In both cases, residents in the vicinity of Flower Avenue brought attention to suspicious activities, prompting a response from law enforcement.
On January 28, at approximately 10:52 pm, Takoma Park Police responded to the 6300 block of Eastern Avenue for the report of an attempted armed robbery and assault.
