On Friday, Governor Wes Moore announced the MOVE Maryland Coalition, a partnership of over 40 organizations supporting a $420 million annual investment in the state’s transportation infrastructure. The plan aims to enhance highway safety, repair bridges, improve transit services, and boost the Port of Baltimore, leveraging federal funds to maximize resources.
Maryland Attorney General Anthony G. Brown joined a coalition of state attorneys general supporting a federal judge’s preliminary injunction against President Trump’s executive order ending birthright citizenship, arguing it violates the Fourteenth Amendment and would harm families and state programs.
