Silver Spring

At approximately 10:35 p.m., 4th District officers responded to the location for the report of a carjacking that just occurred.

The investigation by detectives has determined that an adult male victim was walking to his 2019 dark blue/gray Toyota Corolla when he was approached by five suspects. The suspects surrounded the victim and demanded the key to his Toyota. When the victim refused to comply with their demands, the suspects assaulted him, took away the key to his Toyota and ran away. The victim followed the suspects in an effort to retrieve the key to his Toyota. The suspects returned to the scene, and one of them left the scene in the victim’s vehicle.

Kennedy Isom is 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.  She was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, navy and white athletic pants and black Jordans.   Police and family are concerned for her welfare.

Glenmont

Haynes is approximately 4-feet, 9-inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. She has black hair with red highlights and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.  Police and family are concerned for her welfare.

Gaithersburg

On Thursday, September 8, 2022, at approximately 5:04 p.m., 6th District Officers responded to the TD Bank in the 800 block of West Diamond Ave. for the report of an armed bank robbery that just occurred.

The investigation by detectives revealed that the suspect entered the bank and approached an employee. The suspect passed the employee a note demanding money and stating that he had a gun and a pipe bomb. The employee handed over an undisclosed amount of cash to the suspect who then left the bank.


Bethesda

At approximately 3 a.m., 2nd District officers responded to the location for the report of an armed robbery that just occurred.

The investigation by detectives has determined that two suspects entered the store, retrieved merchandise and placed the items on the counter at the cash register. The suspect provided payment to the employee for the items and was given change back from the register. At that time, the second suspect announced the armed robbery by lifting his shirt and displaying a handgun. The suspects instructed the employee to open the cash register and demanded money. When the employee complied with the suspects demands, one suspect reached over the counter and removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the register. The two suspects then exited the store.


Wheaton

As detailed in the statement of charges, the victim was leaving work. She had unlocked her vehicle and placed some items inside. Then she stepped back to put on a long sleeve shirt that she was holding and was quickly approached by the defendant. Millhouse pointed a gun at her and demanded her vehicle. She complied and walked away. She then realized she was still holding the key fob and threw it toward the defendant. He retrieved it from the ground before fleeing.

Montgomery County Police detectives worked with investigators from the Prince George’s County Police Department in determining the carjacked vehicle’s location within Prince George’s County.  Millhouse was later arrested in Washington, D.C. with assistance from officers from the Metropolitan Police Department. Delarosa is approximately 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. She has brown eyes and red/brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, black vest and black pants. Police and family are concerned for her welfare.

Germantown

Officers arrived at the scene and located a juvenile male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds on the back staircase of the location. Officers administered life saving measures to the victim until Montgomery County Fire Rescue arrived at the scene. The victim was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.  Items of evidentiary value were collected from the scene.

During the month of September 2022, detectives identified Damien Fisher as the suspect in the August 16th shooting. Additionally, detectives learned that Fisher was also a suspect in a carjacking and kidnapping incident. Detectives obtained an arrest warrant, charging Fisher with kidnapping, first-degree assault and unauthorized removal of a vehicle.
