Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a collision involving a pedestrian on Hungerford Drive (Rt 355) in Rockville on Thursday evening.
Ramone Ramsay, 32, was convicted in Montgomery County Circuit Court of first-degree murder and related charges for a July 2023 shooting in Silver Spring that killed 21-year-old Kymani Bailey and injured two others. Ramsay, who was previously released early from a 2015 prison sentence, faces life without parole at his sentencing on April 28, 2025. (more…)
