Feta Spread with Honey

This dip is very simple and inexpensive to make. The honey I purchased at the Saturday morning Farmer’s Market in Gaithersburg (Kentlands), and everything else was purchased at Aldi for around $5 in total. If you don’t have a food processor, a blender would also work as long as you let the cream cheese soften a little. Total prep time was ten minutes. The fresh honey definitely takes it up a notch and warming the pita bread is a must.
Score: 8/10
Delicious.
Next is a submission from Carolyn Crow. Carolyn is a Pillsbury Bake-Off finalist that runs the Let’s Cook@Casey virtual progam. Here’s here recipe for baked chicken with an Old Bay breading.
