Feta Spread with Honey

This dip is very simple and inexpensive to make. The honey I purchased at the Saturday morning Farmer’s Market in Gaithersburg (Kentlands), and everything else was purchased at Aldi for around $5 in total. If you don’t have a food processor, a blender would also work as long as you let the cream cheese soften a little. Total prep time was ten minutes. The fresh honey definitely takes it up a notch and warming the pita bread is a must.
Score: 8/10
Delicious.
Next is a submission from Carolyn Crow. Carolyn is a Pillsbury Bake-Off finalist that runs the Let’s [email protected] virtual progam. Here’s here recipe for baked chicken with an Old Bay breading.

Next time we’ll start our journey to recreate classic dishes from MoCo restaurants that are no longer around. Let us know your suggestions!
