Crime

According to District 3 Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) Commander Jason Cokinos, a downtown Silver Spring resident spotted two individuals attempting to steal a car and called 911. Montgomery County Police quickly responded, and after a short foot chase, both suspects were apprehended and taken into custody. (more…)

Restaurant

Torchy’s Tacos, known for their “Damn Good Tacos,” will hold the grand opening of its first DMV location (12266 Rockville Pike, Rockville) on Wednesday, October 2nd at 10am. The first 100 people in line will receive a keychain that lets them get free queso for a year one.
