Montgomery County’s only Baja Fresh restaurant, located at 302 King Farm Blvd. Unit 150, has been open for business since 2000. The owner tells us he has just signed a new lease to remain in King Farm, and will put over $150,000 into renovations starting this January.

On December 27, at approximately 12:48 am, Takoma Park Police responded to the 8600 block of Flower Avenue for an armed robbery that had just occurred.

Chief Antonio DeVaul from the Takoma Park Police Department has announced the arrest of Julia Rubin, 31, of Hyattsville, Maryland for residential burglary. A 17-year-old male suspect was also arrested at the time.
