Additional details below courtesy of the Maryland Lottery:

The Montgomery County retailer sold 20 $1 straight-bet Pick 5 tickets for the Oct. 14 midday drawing that matched the winning number of 82466. Each of those tickets is a $50,000 winner, and if all 20 were purchased by the same person, the total prize is $1 million, making it the biggest win of the week. As of the morning of Oct. 17, none of those 20 Pick 5 prizes had been claimed.

In addition, last week saw four wins of $100,000 or more in Annapolis, Baltimore, Bladensburg and Jessup, including a $139,195 FAST PLAY progressive jackpot.

Including all 20 of the Pick 5 tickets that were purchased in Gaithersburg, 53 winning tickets worth $10,000 or more were sold or redeemed in the seven days ending Oct. 16, and the Lottery paid nearly $28.1 million in prizes during that span.

Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem their tickets at the Maryland Lottery Customer Resource Center in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only. Prizes of up to $5,000 can be claimed at any of more than 400 Expanded Cashing Authority Program (XCAP) locations. All Maryland Lottery retailers are authorized to redeem tickets up to and including $600. More information is available on the How To Claim page of mdlottery.com.
