Two juveniles were taken into custody after crashing a stolen vehicle around 2am on Friday, June 2 in Montgomery Village. According to MCPD, “Officers responded to the 19200 block of Watkins Mill Road for the report of a suspicious situation. A vehicle was observed leaving the area. The vehicle began to drive erratically. Officers initiated a traffic stop. The vehicle was involved in a collision before it was determined to be stolen. Two juveniles were taken into custody and transported to area hospitals.”
Police have not released the ages of the suspects. We will post an update if additional information becomes available.
