Norman’s Hallmark continues to grow its brick-and-mortar footprint with a portfolio of 22 stores in Maryland. Drew Morrison, 33, a longtime Bethesda resident and policy professional, announced his candidacy for the District 1 seat on the Montgomery County Council, with the Democratic primary set for June 23, 2026. Raised in the Edgemoor and Mohican Hills neighborhoods, Morrison has served in local government, worked as a consultant, and currently serves as a Policy Advisor at the Maryland Department of Transportation, where he was named Employee of the Year in 2024.
