Miller has won Super Bowls with the #Broncos and #Rams. Now he’ll try to earn another ring in Washington.” Miller also broke the news on his Instagram account with the caption, “DC… What’s Good??”

The Dulles Airport Master Plan has received approval from the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA), setting the stage for significant upgrades, including the phasing out of the mobile lounge “people movers” and the addition of a fifth runway. However, the 20-year master plan requires final approval from the Federal Aviation Administration before implementation can commence.

The Ferris wheel you see by Trimper’s in Ocean City, MD, often referred to as the “OC Big Wheel,” is currently being deconstructed as it prepares to make its rounds to state fair across the country. This is different from the Ferris wheel that’s located on the boardwalk as a permanent fixture.

Tony’s Pizza, located at 3 Atlantic Ave in Ocean City, MD, has a rich history rooted in the journey of its founder, Antonio “Tony” Bruno Russo. It recently reopened after it closed while the building was redeveloped into a new establishment called “Flamingo Coast,” and Tony’s Pizza is now a stall on the outside of this new building.

A group of four siblings who have played Maryland’s Multi-Match together for eight years won half of a $1.8 million jackpot from the June 30 drawing after matching all six numbers with a ticket purchased in Ocean City. The retired nurses and government workers opted for the cash payout of $490,000 (after the prize was split), and plan to use the winnings for travel, a new car, and investments, while the second winning ticket, sold in Silver Spring, remains unclaimed. The Washington DC area is on the radar for Cosm Inc., the innovative immersive entertainment company, as it seeks a site for its next “Shared Reality” venue. The Washington Business Journal is reporting that Cosm is actively looking for a significant footprint, targeting 40,000 to 80,000 square feet, with a preference for locations near existing major sports venues. While Southeast DC is being eyed, the company remains open to other possibilities within the metropolitan area.

The Dough Roller’s story began in 1980, when founder Bill Gibbs envisioned a family-friendly eatery on the front porch of Ocean City’s Breakers Hotel. Recognizing the appeal of a casual yet inviting atmosphere for visitors, he established the first Dough Roller, laying the groundwork for what would become an Ocean City institution. The restaurant even briefly had a location right here in Montgomery County.
