Montgomery County’s Asian American Health Initiative and Office of Community Partnerships will host the fourth annual Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month celebration on Sunday, May 4, at Seneca Valley High School in Germantown. The 13th Annual VisArts’ Rockville Arts Festival will take place on May 3-4, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Rockville Townsquare. The event will feature original art by 130 fine artists and artisans, a makers market, art demonstrations, a chalk art competition, and food vendors including Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, Dini’s Divine Pies, The Tender Rib, and Sherri’s Crabcakes . Montgomery County will host the 10th annual GreenFest on Saturday, April 26, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Marian Fryer Plaza in Wheaton. The event will feature exhibits on environmental topics, electric vehicles, live music, family activities, and a household battery recycling drop-off, along with recognition of local individuals and organizations for their sustainability efforts.
