Bojangles returned to Maryland with its Frederick store opening on Monday at 1312 W. Patrick St. in Frederick, MD. It’s the first store back in Maryland after five locations closed in 2023, and the drive-thru line extended out into the street with some reporting the restaurant ran out of certain items. The original “viral Dubai chocolate bar” was created by Fix Dessert Chocolatier, a UAE-based brand founded by Sarah Hamouda in 2021. The original bar, named “Can’t Get Knafeh of It” is a milk chocolate bar filled with pistachio cream and kataifi, and various versions of it are selling online for as much as $40 per bar– our very own @MrMoCo301 found a local version and gave it a try (video below).

The Maryland Department of Transportation released its Draft Consolidated Transportation Program (CTP) for Fiscal Years 2025 to 2030, outlining an $18.9 billion balanced plan that makes strategic investments to further the safety of the State’s transportation system and maintain operations.
