Bethesda Row is set to welcome a new major retailer as Sephora has secured a permit for a significant $1 million fitout. The new store will occupy the 6,718 SF space at 7271 Woodmont Avenue, which was most recently home to Chef José Andrés’ Spanish Diner.

A new Dunkin’ location is set to open at 4011 Norbeck Road in Rockville, taking over a space with a long history in the community. The coffee and donut chain will be moving into the space that was previously home to Sassy Cleaners for three decades, joining the shopping center that’s home to Angelo’s Deli and EATHAI (near Big Greek Cafe).
