Back in November, we reported that a new restaurant named Bob’s Shanghai would be opening in Bethesda, appearing to be an expansion of the popular Rockville restaurant of the same name. Since then, that plan has been clarified, and the restaurant coming to Bethesda will not be affiliated with Bob’s Shanghai in Rockville.

MCFRS Public Information Officer Pete Piringer said at 10:01 a.m. Sunday that North Frederick Road (Route 355) is fully closed between Game Preserve Road and High Point Drive, with all lanes blocked.
