Cycle Gear has signed a lease to take over the former Party City space at 1500 Rockville Pike in Rockville, according to Saul Centers, bringing the nation’s largest motorcycle gear retailer to Montgomery County with its second Maryland location (first is in Glen Burnie).
A new locally owned boutique is headed to Bethesda, with Sunset on Midsummer set to open at the Shops at Wildwood in spring 2026. The shop plans to open on April 18th.

Koi Sushi is now open at Rio Lakefront in Gaithersburg (201 Boardwalk Place), bringing a contemporary Japanese dining concept to one of Montgomery County’s busiest mixed-use destinations.
