Sansone Group, based in St. Louis, in partnership with Silver Spring-based Priseda, acquired a 214,000 SF Tier 4 data center located at 12401 Prosperity Dr. in White Oak/Silver Spring MD for $29 million, according to Biz Journals.

Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a collision involving a car and a truck at Layhill Road and Bel Pre Road in Silver Spring on Friday morning.
According to MCFRS spokesperson David Pazos, crews extricated an adult female passenger from the car, who was transported with non-life-threatening injuries. The two other drivers involved declined transport.
George Erotokritos Galiachatos, a pillar of the local business community, has passed away at the age of 89. He was the longtime owner of The Lincoln Charcoal Inn in Wheaton, MD, a beloved local landmark for many years and one of the first restaurants in Maryland to feature indoor charcoal cooking.
