At approximately 6pm on Wednesday evening, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a tree and wires down on Connecticut Ave., near Underwood Street, in Chevy Chase.
UPDATE: All lanes now open
Montgomery County Police has shared via social media that a collision has Bethesda Ave. between Woodmont and Wisconsin Aves shut down. Pepco is on scene repairing damage to a utility box.

The Takoma Park Police Department has shared that Lincoln Avenue is closed, as of 12:58pm on Friday between Maple Avenue and Carroll Avenue, due to a tractor trailer that is stuck. Per Police, “Unknown time when the road will re-open. Please use a detour.”
