Update: All lanes now open
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) and State Troopers are responding to a bus on the outerloop of I-495 near Exit 30 (Colesville Rd.) in Silver Spring. At least three lanes are closed due to the crash. The crash occurred shortly before midnight on Friday night. We will provide an update if additional information becomes available.
Update: The Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes Division is actively searching for Emanuel Edward Sewell, a Chevy Chase man wanted in connection with the death of a Maryland Parole and Probation agent. Sewell, 54, may be driving a gray 2017 Hyundai Elantra with Maryland license plates 93661HT. More here.
