A Keno Sprinkler promotion doubled a lucky Silver Spring man’s prize in the game to $12,000 after the promotion gave him a 2x Doubler on his 6-spot ticket!
The 74-year-old placed a $6 bet for numbers 1, 3, 9, 19, 24 and 47 at Glenmont Beer & Wine in Silver Spring, adding the Super Bonusmultiplier option to the ticket. What he didn’t expect was a Keno Sprinkler promotion that is in progress through April 10. The promotion can double or triple your winnings up to $100,000 if your numbers come in, which is how this Montgomery County player went from a $6,000 prize to a $12,000 win!
Keno is a fast-paced, fun game that allows you to choose how many numbers to play and how much money to bet. Our big winner plans to use the prize to pay down some debts and to save for future projects.
His Lottery retailer, Glenmont Beer & Wine, benefits from his win, too. The Montgomery County store located at 12351 Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring received a $120 bonus from the Lottery for selling a winning Keno ticket of $10,000 or more. The bonus is equal to 1% of the prize.
