Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to the 18000blk of Queen Elizabeth Dr, near Morningwood Dr, in Olney for smoke/flames coming from an underground electrical transformer/vault shortly before 7am on Wednesday morning. An MCFRS crew arrived on the scene and everything appears to be under control.
