The Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) announced the arrest of three suspects linked to an organized retail theft operation targeting Ulta stores across multiple jurisdictions, including Montgomery County, with over $190,000 in reported losses. The arrests, made in Anne Arundel County on March 24, followed a months-long investigation involving multiple law enforcement agencies, leading to charges of armed robbery, grand larceny, and other offenses.
