According to the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s office, today in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, MD, Judge Terrence McGann sentenced Elvin Guzman-Machado, 20, of Boyds, to life in prison plus 40 consecutive years for his involvement in the 2022 MS-13 gang-related murder of 19-year-old Willians Anderson Alberto Cruz and for firing at three additional victims, two of whom were struck and survived.
