Per MCPD: Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Madalyn “Wren” Carper, a missing 15-year-old from Gaithersburg. Wren was last seen on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at approximately 12:30 p.m., in the 15800 block of Quince Orchard Rd. Wren is approximately 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. She has red hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts, and white high-top Converse sneakers. She may be carrying a dark colored backpack and a tan tote bag. Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
