The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is currently investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the 19700 block of Preservation Mews in Montgomery Village. The incident involved gunfire that struck a townhome, but fortunately, no injuries have been reported.

The seasonal retailer will once again be taking over the former Pier 1 Imports space at 30 Grand Corner Avenue, bringing its vast selection of costumes, decorations, and spooky animatronics back to the popular destination.
The long-awaited Play Street Museum is officially opening its doors in Gaithersburg on Wednesday, August 13th. This new location, the first in Montgomery County, will offer a unique and engaging indoor play experience for children aged 0 to 7. The franchise is being brought to the area by a Montgomery County native.

A two-vehicle collision occurred today at the intersection of Muddy Branch Road and Conservation Lane in Gaithersburg, prompting a response from the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS). The incident was reported at 12:37 p.m., according to Assistant Chief David Pazos.
