Pinstripes at 11920 Grand Park Ave. in North Bethesda’s Pike & Rose, officially referred to by the company as “Pinstripes Bethesda,” will continue operating as normal despite its parent company, Pinstripes Holdings, Inc., filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection this week.
The New York Times has released its 2025 list of the 50 Best Restaurants in America, highlighting a diverse mix of dining spots ranging from small barbecue joints to fine-dining tasting menus and historic establishments. Bethesda Row will usher in the fall season with its annual Soiree on The Lane on Saturday, September 13, offering a day filled with live music, workshops, and community fun. The celebration will run from 11am to 4pm outside Johnny Was, located at 4867 Bethesda Avenue in Bethesda.

Shilla Bakery has closed its Rockville store at 2098 Veirs Mill Rd in the Twinbrook Center, according to multiple confirmations from customers.
Inju Korean BBQ has closed its Wheaton Mall restaurant at 11160 Veirs Mill Rd, Lower Level LLH 15. The restaurant has been closed for several days, is listed as permanently closed on Google, and phone calls have gone unanswered.

Irene’s Pupusas has opened its newest restaurant in the space most recently occupied by Kat’s Kitchen and formerly home to Dominic’s Italian Grille at 12854 New Hampshire Ave. in Colesville’s Meadowood shopping center. The newest location opened earlier this summer.
