The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) 5th District officers responded to a collision involving a vehicle and a horse in the 25000 block of Burnt Hill Road in Clarksburg on Friday afternoon and report that the horse ran off and may be injured. Three-year-old Gracelyn, a Montgomery County native from Clarksburg and proud “third-generation MoCo girl,” has advanced to the quarterfinals of the national “Toddler of the Year” competition. On Monday night, the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) responded to a stabbing incident in Clarksburg. At approximately 8:50pm, officers from the 5th District, alongside Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) were dispatched to the 22000 Block of Clarksburg Road following reports of a stabbing.
