Now it has been reported that the restaurant’s return to Bethesda will be below Tommy Joe’s, at 4903 Cordell Avenue in Bethesda, according to Robert Dyer.

Roses Department Store, a popular discount shopping destination located at 200 94th St in the property known as the Ocean Plaza Mall, is scheduled to close permanently this June. A representative from the location confirmed the closing timeframe during a phone call on Saturday afternoon.
