Last week, the company celebrated a significant expansion of its manufacturing operations in Clarksburg, Maryland.
Over the past year, TDSI also doubled its manufacturing floor footprint through a $4 million investment, expanding production capacity to support the company’s continued growth.
Today, TDSI employs approximately 675 people in Montgomery County, including roughly 250 manufacturing employees.
As demand for its technologies continues to grow, the company continues to expand and has added more than 225 positions locally over the past three years.

Bach to Rock, a longtime tenant at 212 Boardwalk Place at Gaithersburg’s Rio Lakefront, will be moving from the location later this year. We spoke with a representative from Bach 2 Rock Gaithersburg who told us that the music school will be moving to the Kentlands later this year.
Parkland Middle School Boys Basketball finished the 2024 winter season with a record of 5-1, the best record in the school’s history. Head Coach Brendan Flanagan and Assistant Coach Donald Fleming tell us, “We are extremely proud of the whole team and the hard work they put into this year!”
