The Grove, located at 7747 Tuckerman Ln. in Potomac’s Cabin John Village officially opens on Tuesday, November 28th. The Grove hopes to become Montgomery County’s first Michelin star restaurant on the strength of Chef José López-Picazo’s menu and we have a first look video below.
Rockville’s Ingleside, a premier not-for-profit provider of comprehensive older adult services in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the 5th consecutive year in 2023. Per Montgomery County: “The Montgomery County Council will meet on Tuesday, Nov. 28 at 9 a.m. The meeting will begin with two proclamation presentations. The first will recognize Prematurity Awareness Month, led by Council Vice President Andrew Friedson. The second will recognize National Caregivers Month, led by Councilmember Gabe Albornoz. At 1:15 p.m., a third presentation will recognize Cecilia Rojas of the Community Reach Language Opportunity Program, led by Council President Evan Glass and Councilmembers Will Jawando, Kristin Mink and Albornoz.

Wootton High School in Rockville was evacuated at approximately 8:30am on Monday morning due to a bomb threat that was investigated by Montgomery County Police. The school was cleared by police and students and staff re-entered the building at approximately 9:05am. Wootton principal Douglas Nelson sent the following message to the community:
